Thank you for helping us make your visit, and those of all of our clients, as relaxing and enjoyable as possible by respecting and following these brief guidelines.

COVID-19 Polices

As of 4/3/23, the medical mask mandate in Oregon has been lifted, so we will no longer be requiring masks in our common areas or in your treatment. If you’d like to wear one, feel free, and if you have a special request for your practitioner to be masked, please let us know ahead of time.

Whether due to Covid or another illness, please text (503)936-1536, or email info@breathepdx.com to reschedule your session, at least 24 hours in advance. Please do not come to an appointment with symptoms of illness.

Cancellations / No-Shows
At Breathe, we require 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment, or you will be charged the full price of your session. We understand that things come up unexpectedly, but please be respectful of our providers. They don’t get paid when they don’t have a session, and often your session could be given to someone else, with proper notice. We truly love what we do and are excited for you to be here!

Tardiness
We completely understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service, depending on our schedules. Clients who arrive late will be charged the full amount of their service and the service will end at the originally scheduled time.

Children
Breathe is an intimate wellness studio where people come to relax and recharge. As a courtesy to other clients and the environment, we ask that you do not bring children to your session. In light of the size of our space, our policy is to not bring any additional person to your service, including children of any age.

Returns
We hope you will try before you buy as we love giving out samples of most of our products! If you need to return your purchase, please make sure it is within 10 days, unopened, and accompanied by the receipt; unless otherwise discussed with your service provider.

Pricing

All pricing is subject to change.  Billing insurance for Massage Therapy and Manual Therapy is done based on the state approved price per units for those procedure codes.  This is different from walk in treatments, and will be priced accordingly, not based on the prices quoted to the public on our website.
